Chicken and Cabbage in a pan
When the pantry is half-empty, my solution is always a nice stir-fry of everything I find in the fridge! This time I had some chicken breast and half a cabbage, flavors that go well together and with which I thought I would save dinner 😀. In fact, I prepared some tasty chicken strips with cabbage in a pan, delicious and ready in 10 minutes! I also love cabbage, I couldn't wait for the summer to end to be able to taste it again 😀. Here is the recipe!
Ingredients
600 g Chicken breast (whole or sliced)1/2 Cabbage50 g White flour1/2 glasses White wineExtra virgin olive oilBlack pepperSalt
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into strips and salt the meat by massaging it with your hands. Add the flour, then put the strips in a colander to remove the excess. Cut the cabbage into strips. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and add the cabbage. Sauté for 5-7 minutes over high heat, stirring often, then add the chicken and let it brown on the outside. Add the white wine, cover, lower the heat and cook for another 10 minutes, then remove the lid, let the sauce evaporate, turn off the heat, complete with a sprinkling of black pepper and serve. Enjoy your chicken strips with cabbage in a pan are ready!
