Beef fillet with Marsala

Ingredients
Fillet 1 kg. beefButter 2 tbspFresh cream 1 glass Marsala 1/2 cupSaltPepper
Preparation
Take the fillet and wash it under running water. Dry the meat well, salt and pepper it. Put it in a saucepan and cook it for about 20 minutes with half of the butter required by the recipe over high heat. After the cooking time, remove the meat and let it drain well. Slice it and keep it warm on a serving plate. Pour the Marsala and, a few minutes later, the liquid cream into the cooking juices. Simmer the sauce for a few minutes over low heat. Stir constantly, remove from the heat and add the remaining butter. Pour it over the fillet and serve immediately.
