Ingredients

4 slices of bread prosciutto
4 slices of 
1 clove of garlic
1 ripe tomato
olive oil to taste
salt to taste

Method

Toast the bread and, while still hot, rub it with the garlic clove and then with the tomato cut in half. Add salt, a drizzle of oil and finally the prosciutto.
