Pizza Sausage and chips 😻😱

The frankfurter and chips pizza is definitely the most loved pizza by children and it is also the pizza loved by my son. The one he has made actually involves a base of tomato puree on which frankfurters, chips and fior di latte are then placed. The recipe that I leave you is that of the classic potatoes and frankfurters.

Ingredients

Pizza dough

Potato sticks 

280 g Fiordilatte

Salt

300 g Sausages

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Prepare the pizza dough. Place the fries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated oven for half the time indicated on the package. Roll out the pizza dough into 4 discs. Place a few chips, a little Fiordilatte and a few sliced sausages on each disc. Lightly oil, salt and bake the pizzas at 200°C in a preheated oven until preferred.
