Veal alla pizzaiola 🤩😱



A dish that to define classic is an understatement... Pizzaiola slices, scented with oregano, are a cherished childhood memory for many. Offer them to children, but also to adults, they will be very appreciated! It will certainly be a childhood memory for you too! Because in the wisdom of mothers, in one fell swoop you can obtain a tasty pasta sauce and tender meat in sauce following this recipe. In short, slices alla pizzaiola are a second course to be made and remade many times. This is a dish that the whole family always likes!

Ingredients

VEAL or boneless steaks, 200 g each - 4 Slices
FRESH or peeled tomatoes - 500 Gr
6 CLOVES OF GARLIC
OREGANO to taste
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 4 tablespoons
BLACK PEPPER to taste
SALT to taste

Preparation

To make the recipe for pizzaiola slices, pour the extra virgin olive oil into a pan off the heat, then place two slices of meat on top. Sprinkle the slices of meat with three sliced garlic cloves, salt, pepper, oregano and half of the tomato available. Cover everything with a second layer of meat that you will season in the same way. Now put the pan on the stove and let it cook for at least an hour over low heat. Serve the meat hot or lukewarm accompanied by plenty of bread to collect the delicious sauce.
