Tuna fillet with zucchini flowers and zucchini
I came home with some wonderful new zucchini and their flowers! 😍 I would have liked to make them stuffed but in the winter it is so unpleasant to stay out late that the time to prepare dinner is inexorably reduced. Luckily that morning I had bought some magnificent tuna and so in 10 minutes I prepared a healthy and tasty dinner. Try the tuna fillet with zucchini flowers and zucchini... You won't stop eating it.
2- 3 tuna steaks (both fresh and thawed are fine)
1 baby zucchini
6-7 zucchini flowers
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
250-300 ml white wine
salt
Procedure
Trim the zucchini, cut it into thin slices and then cut the zucchini flowers into strips. Sauté them on both sides and then deglaze with white wine. When the alcohol has evaporated, add the zucchini slices and the flowers. Let it cook for a minute and season with salt. Serve the tuna fillet with zucchini flowers and zucchini immediately, you will see how good it is... ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
