Today I don't propose a recipe, but a very nice and scenographic idea to put on display on the table of the Holidays- The CHRISTMAS TREE is simple and quick to make, you can make it with everything you like, today I stayed on the classic. The CHRISTMAS TREE can also be prepared with sweet appetizers, I'll try! For the doses, you will have to adjust according to the size of your polystyrene cone. The ideal solution for a quick lunch, an appetizer or an impromptu dinner: all you need is some delicious mozzarella and tomato to cut into slices at home.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg of buffalo mozzarella
1 kd of tomatoes
basil
parsley
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
PREPARATION
In a bowl, pour the oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Then cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into equal slices and preferably not too thin. At this point, you can start preparing the serving dish by alternately arranging the tomato slices with those of mozzarella and, between each layer, the oregano sauce and a basil leaf. Keep cool.
