Pasta with tuna, onions and apples
A tasty and original first course, ideal for cooking apples in a different way than usual. Sea, mountains and countryside: in the pasta with tuna, onions and apples there really is everything! Are we used to using apples only in sweet preparations? Then it's time to try them in the savory ones as well. In this recipe, then, the sugary notes of apples go perfectly with both the flavor of the tuna and the sweetness of the onion. We will thus obtain a pasta with a really tasty sauce, perfect to serve during a lunch or dinner with friends. We will amaze them with this dish that is very simple and quick to prepare, but with a great impact! To finish the sauce, we will also have to cook the tuna for a few minutes: remember to drain it well, whether we choose it natural or in oil. Then we just have to sauté the pasta that we have drained al dente, adding a ladle of cooking water to the pan, in order to form a nice sauce. You'll see how delicious it is!
