Sandwich stuffed with cheese, mushrooms and salami

Ingredients
50 g grated Parmesan cheese100 g of provolone or scamorza cheese250 g salami100 g bacon200 g mushrooms in oila little lardblack pepper to taste
Preparation
Spread a little lard, then in a bowl put the grated Parmesan cheese, diced provolone or scamorza cheese, diced salami, bacon, drained mushrooms in oil and black pepper. Roll everything on itself to form a dough, then cut into pieces and form the bun and let it rest in the oven for an hour and then brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, remove from the oven and serve.
