Fish curry
Fish curry is a dish to share, even in a romantic dinner for two. Recipe to prepare a delicious fish soup flavored with curry, a mixture of spices that I like very much and makes even the simplest dishes very tasty. Usually soups are made with vegetables, but you can prepare delicate and delicious fish soups such as cod soup.
IT TAKES
peanut oil
1onion, thinly sliced
1garlic clove, crushed
yellow curry paste
4 ml coconut milk
salt
A little bit of Pepper
500 g Fish fillet cut into pieces of approx. 5 cm
A little bit of coriander
HOW TO DO IT
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic. Add the curry paste and cook briefly. Pour in the coconut milk, bring to a boil. Lower the temperature, cook for approx. 7 min., season. Add the fish, cook over low heat for approx. 5 min. basting the fillets from time to time with the sauce. Serve the fish curry and garnish with coriander.
