AROMATIC AND TENDER PORK CHOP TO BITE INTO WITH GUSTO
The secret to a soft and tasty grilled meat lies in the marinade, which allows you to obtain a pork cutlet, also known as a chop, not only chewy, but also very tasty, and be able to put it on the table with... pride. It is not a long operation, requiring a lot of rest time. It takes as little as 10 minutes. And the meat becomes aromatic, thanks to the aroma of rosemary and garlic and other ingredients, which contribute to enriching the flavor and at the same time making it soft and tender.
Ingredients
500 g pork (chops)
1 clove garlic
2 pinches aromas for roast
1 sprig rosemary
4 tbs pextra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp white wine
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp sugar
Pepper
salt
Preparation
Take a bowl large enough to reach the maximum yield of the marinating liquid, so neither large nor small, but just enough to contain your chops and not force you to resort to larger quantities of oil than necessary. Then pour in the oil, rosemary, lightly crushed garlic, possibly the dry herbs for roasting, but also the wine if you like and a little sugar if you want (personally I think the rosemary and the aromas for roasting are sufficient, but in this case there is the saying "so on and so forth"). Mix the ingredients so that everything is well distributed. Place the chops in the bowl and make sure that they are immersed in the liquid thus formed. Let it rest for as long as possible, for about 30 minutes. If, on the other hand, you have little time available, 10 minutes will still be useful time to improve the performance of the meat. Prepare the grill by heating it on the stove. Place the marinated chops on the griddle and cook well, both on one side and the other, for about 12 minutes. When it comes to pork it is good that the meat is eaten well cooked, I always recommend it. Serve with fresh vegetables, in salads, or with potatoes in a pan. Enjoy!
