Ingredients
200 gr of dry biscuits (without added sugar)
160 ml untreated lemon juice (3 lemons)
125 gr of sweetener stevia (or alternatively 250 gr of regular sugar)
60 ml milk
4 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
Just enough soft butter
Just enough icing sugar for garnish
Preparation
To start, turn on the oven, set a temperature of 180 ° C and let it heat, then cover with special wet paper and squeezed a rectangular tray large 18×25 cm. Now pour the biscuits into the smoothie, mix them, add a knob of butter and chop everything properly to obtain a sandy consistency. Now place the dough inside the pan, distribute it evenly and bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 220 ° C. Meanwhile, whip the eggs together with the sweetener stevia (or sugar) and flour, work until the consistency is soft and fluffy, then incorporate the lemon juice. Finally, pour the cream on the base of the desserts, put to cook in the oven for a further 15 minutes, at the end wait for it to cool completely and store in the fridge for 2 hours. After this period of time, divide the cake into squares to shape the creams, garnish them with icing sugar and enjoy them.
