Fried mozzarella with spicy salami

Ingredients
12 mozzarella balls
12 slices of Spicy Salami
200 g of stale bread
2 Eggs
Basil
Oil for frying
Salt
Method
Dry the mozzarella very well. Chop the stale bread, beat the eggs and dip the mozzarella in it, then dip them in the chopped bread and repeat this operation 3 times, you must create a very thick layer of breading, this will prevent the mozzarella from melting. Place a slice of spicy salami and a basil leaf on each mozzarella, secure everything with a wooden toothpick. Heat plenty of peanut oil and fry the breaded mozzarella keeping the toothpick out of the oil, drain the mozzarella on paper towels, salt a little and serve immediately while they are still hot.
