Chicken wings galore! 🍗🔥
Chicken is one of the meats I like to cook the most. In the oven, in a pan, on the griddle or on the barbecue. And it's also the one that everyone at home likes the most. Chicken wings, in particular, are the ones that run out first: sometimes we go to war to get one! So, it often happens that I cook only those, in abundance, so as to avoid quarrels. This is one of my favorite recipes: pan-fried chicken wings, with a final touch of rosemary that makes it very fragrant. A simple and quick, but very delicious main course, which accompanied by a hearty salad, can also serve as a complete main course. Try it and you'll see that it is!
Ingredients
4 pairs of chicken wings (cut into pieces)1/2 cup white wine1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 sprig RosemaryDried chili pepperSalt
Preparation
Wash the cut chicken wings well with water. Place them in a deep container; Add the white wine, extra virgin olive oil, a sprig of rosemary, a little chopped chilli pepper and a pinch of salt; Mix well and cover with plastic wrap; Let it rest in the fridge for 60 minutes; After the resting time, remove the pieces of chicken wings, reserving the bottom of the marinade, and brown them in a pan over medium-high heat; Turn them several times until completely browned; Add the marinade stock to the chicken wings and cook for about 2 minutes; Serve the chicken wings in a pan, piping hot, sprinkled with a few rosemary leaves. Enjoy your meal!
NoteDid you know that pan-fried chicken wings lend themselves well to being prepared in advance, and then reheated before eating? In fact, I can guarantee you that they are much better!
