Pasta and broccoli
Pasta with broccoli a first course easy to prepare, tasty and... very cheap. Broccoli is of two types, normal or roman, you can use both or only one type, it makes no difference. To be honest you can also use white cauliflower. I love this type of pasta but unfortunately my wife does not like the smell of boiled broccoli and cauliflower so I prepare the broccoli in the morning, open all the windows all day and in the evening I spend them only a moment in the pan and that's it. It's too good not to resort to these half-breeds and I also discovered one thing... If in the afternoon I prepare an apple pie, maybe with cinnamon, the house is filled with the scent of apple pie and completely covers that of broccoli so listen to me... Try it!
And now...
Well, fasten your apron...!
Ingredients
380 g Pasta
1 or 2 Broccoli
4 tablespoons Garlic flavored oil
3 fillets Anchovies in oil
Chili pepper
Salt
Preparation
Wash and clean the broccoli well and cut it into pieces. Boil a pot of lightly salted water and cook the broccoli for 10 minutes. Drain the broccoli and put it in cold water. Heat the garlic flavored oil and put the anchovy fillets making them melt over medium heat. Cook the blanched broccoli for a few minutes. Boil the water for the pasta, salt it and toss the pasta. When the pasta is cooked but still al dente, drain it and put it in the pan with the broccoli. Sauté the pasta for a few minutes and add the chili. Serve the pasta with the broccoli hot.
Note
If you want you can also add grated Parmesan cheese at the end of cooking even if I prefer it without. You can also add a little bit of crumbled sausage, just pass it in the pan for a few minutes before adding the pasta and broccoli. You can add toasted breadcrumbs in a pan for a few minutes, add it at the end of cooking.
