Homemade pizza with cow meat, mozzarella and fresh basil
Meat pizza is a tasty second course that children will also love. A base of minced meat stuffed with tomato pulp and stringy mozzarella. This is one of my son's favorite dishes, when he was little I prepared mini pizzas that I often accompanied with fries. Now that he has grown the pizza has become bigger and thinner, but he still loves it as he did then. To make the meat pizza even tastier and softer, I also added bread, eggs, cheese and herbs to the dough. I added the mozzarella halfway through cooking, before I cooked a little the base with tomato.
