Spaghetti with turnip greens and anchovies



Spaghetti with turnip greens and anchovies are a tasty first course at most, rich in healthy vegetables, cheap ingredients and with very few calories, A tasty first course, typical of the Mediterranean diet is definitely to try and keep in your recipe book. The bronze-drawn spaghetti are coated with the sauce obtained by melting the anchovies in hot oil and blending the turnip greens. The crumbs of crispy bread sautéed in extra virgin olive oil are a wonderful contrast with the softness of the seasoning. A pasta with turnip greens that you will not easily forget!

Ingredients

200 g spaghetti
500 g turnip greens
1 or 2 anchovies
bread crumbs to taste
garlic to taste
chili pepper to taste
EVO oil to taste
salt to taste

Preparation

Wash and boil the turnip greens, while cooking the spaghetti, in a pan put a little oil, anchovy and chili. Sauté a little, add the vegetables, salt and brown. When the pasta is cooked, pan everything together and serve hot this tasty plate of spaghetti with turnip greens and anchovies. Separately, heat a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, take the bread crumbs, chop it into small pieces and fry it until golden brown and crispy. Add the turnip greens sauce, a few tablespoons of cooking water and serve on plates with crispy bread crumbs.
