Mimosa🐇



Here’s a wine cocktail that is healthy and tasty. I always think of fruit juice in my mimosa, which is terrific, but how about vegetable juice or a blend of fruit and vegetable juices instead? Using vegetable juice in your mimosa can help take the guilt out of day-drinking.😆

Ingredients

🥕Chilled dry sparkling wine
🥕Carrot juice (or any other veggie or veggie/fruit blend juice)
🥕Optional garnishes: Carrot tops, rosemary, basil, thyme, parsley or orange slice

Directions

Pour the juice into the Champagne flute to the halfway point and slowly top up with sparkling wine. The ratio is 1:1 of juice and wine. Add optional garnish.
