Prawns with a vegetable medly 



Shrimps sautéed with oriental vegetables, a simple, quick and light recipe, the prawns are marinated with ginger and garlic and are quickly sautéed in a pan with crunchy vegetables, a dish reminiscent of what is served in Asian restaurants, you can also add bean sprouts or bamboo heart to your personal taste.

ingredients

400 g of prawns
1 zucchini
1 Carrot
1 red pepper
1 white onion
Asparagus
Ginger
Oil
Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
Soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic
Chili powder

Preparation

Clean the prawns remove the heads the shell and with a small knife with a sharp tip, remove the intestine, put in a bowl with two tablespoons of soy sauce, garlic cut into thin slices, ginger into small pieces and a pinch of hot pepper, cover with plastic wrap and let stand 30 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the verse and cut the zucchini and carrots into thin slices and onion, the peppers into layers. In the wok (or alternatively in a non-stick pan) put two tablespoons of oil and vegetables and garlic, sauté a minute deglaze with apple cider vinegar and sugar, a tablespoon of soy sauce and continue cooking over high heat for another 4 minutes, the vegetables must be crispy. Remove the garlic and add the prawns and their marinade, sauté for another minute. Serve your sautéed prawns with vegetables all' oriental hot, if you want you can accompany with boiled basmati rice and seasoned with oil.
