Tagliatelle in auricchio 😋 with sausage 😍 and mushrooms 🤤



The tagliatelle mushrooms sausage and béchamel sauce are a creamy, tasty and delicious first course. And a white sauce prepared with chopped vegetables, mushrooms and sausage. The cream is made with milk, flour and butter, easy and quick to make. Homemade pasta with sauce is tasty and is also hearty. The tagliatelle mushrooms sausage and béchamel sauce is a recipe that combines all the goodness of mushrooms, and sausage and béchamel sauce give the delicate flavor. Ingredients

500 g Egg tagliatelle
1Carrot
20 g onion
2 fresh sausages
400 g mushrooms
40 g Extra virgin olive oil
White sauce
500 g Milk
50 g Flour
50 g butter
Salt
Pepper 

Preparation

In the bowl of the thermomix chop the carrot and onion.1 minute speed 5. Add the washed and cut mushrooms into pieces, add the oil and cook at 100 C degrees, front soft speed for 10 minutes. Put the shelled sausages and cook for another 15 minutes front soft speed. Then transfer everything to a bowl. Without washing the thermomix, add milk, flour, salt, pepper and butter. Speed 4 for 8 minutes. Pour the bowl mixture into the jug and leave to stir on first speed for 1 minute. Cook the egg pasta and season with the white cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve!
