INGREDIENTS x 3 people
300 gr of pasta300 gr of rocket300 gr of mushrooms (I have frozen mixed mushrooms)parmesan flakescherry tomatoes 1 clove of garlic 1 glass of wineporcini mushrooms
PREPARATION
Sauté a clove of garlic in a pan. Add the mushrooms and cook, then add the stock cube and a small glass of water. Evaporate the wine. Add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking. When cooked, add the rocket and cook for a couple of minutes, just to make it flavor with mushrooms. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain it al dente. Sauté it in a pan with the sauce and add the parmesan flakes, on top and here the pasta is ready. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!
