Pizza with sausage, chilies, peppers, and red onion

Good afternoon! I continue with my day of pizzas, today with a particularly heavy pizza... but indispensable, pizza sausage, red onion and sausage is a real "bomb" of flavor! A pizza that just thinking about it and with peppers! And my wife, with her diet... Thanks... A pizza that just thinking about it already makes you hungry, a combination that in my opinion more apt than this you can not have... How do you say? Isn't pizza with red onion, peppers and sausage so good? And I know... But there is a little secret: I used for pizza with red onion, peppers and sausage the easy dough! Bowl and spoon for kneading, little yeast, many hours of rest to have a light, crunchy and digestible base ready to host a rich filling!

Ingredients

For the dough
300 g Flour
100 g Durum wheat semolina
15 ml Extra virgin olive oil
9 g Salt
8 g Fresh brewer's yeast
300 ml Water (at room temperature)

For filling
400 g tomato pulp
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
3 fresh sausages
2 mozzarella
Extra virgin olive oil
Chili to taste
Salt
Oregano
Garlic cloves

Preparation

Prepare the dough. After the rest time, transfer the dough to the floured work surface, enlarge it gently and with the help of a tarot fold the edges towards the center, then divide the dough into two parts and roll it out inside the lightly greased pizza trays. Spread a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the surface, cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for about an hour. Wash the pepper, dry it, cut it in half, remove the core and filaments then cut it into strips. In a pan heat three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, let a clove of garlic brown, add the peppers and red onion cook until soft. Remove the skin from the sausages, crumble them and keep them aside (you can also use sausage paste). In a bowl pour the tomato pulp and season to taste with extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano and garlic. Season the pizzas with the tomato sauce, spread the sausage and peppers on the surface and bake in a preheated oven at 250 ° C (in my oven I use the pizza function and program a temperature of 300 ° C) for 15 minutes. Then add the diced mozzarella and bake again for 5 minutes so that it melts. Serve the pizza hot.
