Halibut garlic butter spaghetti with peas topped with asparagus

Good day everyone! Today I present a recipe based on fish: Halibut with garlic butter spaghetti peas and asparagus! It takes some steps to be performed for the realization but it is worth it, this dish is tasty, fragrant and delicate at the right point. Halibut, asparagus together with olives and peas bind perfectly!
Ingredients (2 people)
500 gr asparagus
500 gr halibut
200 gr spaghetti
2 tsp peas
1 clove Garlic
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Chili pepper
1 cup Water
Preparation
Start with the preparation of the sauce! Boil water for the pasta, lightly salted. In a pan with the olives, peas, garlic, oregano, chili, salt, pepper, a cup of water and oil. Cook for 7 minutes. Once the asparagus is washed, boil them. Remove the asparagus from the pan and season with oil and salt. Drain the pasta al dente and sauté, stirring for a couple of minutes. Keep the cooking water aside. Cook the halibut in the pan. Cook for about 15 minutes, halfway of cooking turn it gently. The halibut is cooked! Now you just have to serve! Put the pasta with peas on the base of a flat plate, and then the asparagus on the surface. Do this way also for the second course. Add a drizzle of oil and bring to the table! Your halibut garlic butter spaghetti with peas topped with asparagus is ready!
