Ingredients

2 tablespoons of salted butter
6 cloves garlic, cut into small dice
1 pound of shrimp
1 yellow onion, cut into Dice
1/2 cup white wine
5 ounces sundried tomatoes in oil, drained
1 cup cooking cream 35%
Salt and pepper
3 cups spinach
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon corn starch
2 teaspoons seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

In a skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic. Add the shrimp and cook for about two minutes on each side. Reserve, add the remaining butter and brown the onion for a few minutes. Pour the white wine, let reduce a little and add the sundried tomatoes. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Stir in the cream, then bring to a gentle boil, season with salt and pepper. If you're using starch, now is the time to add it. Add the spinach and parmesan cheese. Simmer for one minute. Bring the shrimp back into the skillet and add the spices and parsley. Serve on its own or with pasta or with rice.

The local catch is always the best, but when it comes to shrimp, the big and pulpy one, you can not help but choose the Argentine shrimp, a variety of shrimp with excellent quality meat, much appreciated and sought after on the world market. A fish product whose demand is always growing, frozen Argentine prawns are a real treat, do not cost too much and represent an excellent alternative to fresh product, which is not always synonymous with guarantee. You can find Argentinian prawns in all Canadian stores: caught, frozen on board and brought to your table. https://www.lamer.ca/ The fish market is open to the public.
