Serve on its own or with pasta or with rice.
The local catch is always the best, but when it comes to shrimp, the big and pulpy one, you can not help but choose the Argentine shrimp, a variety of shrimp with excellent quality meat, much appreciated and sought after on the world market. A fish product whose demand is always growing, frozen Argentine prawns are a real treat, do not cost too much and represent an excellent alternative to fresh product, which is not always synonymous with guarantee. You can find Argentinian prawns in all Canadian stores: caught, frozen on board and brought to your table. https://www.lamer.ca/ The fish market is open to the public.
