Baked squids

A fish-based appetizer: baked squid are a simple and tasty recipe to put on the table for a Sunday lunch or when you want to enjoy good squid. Usually I usually cook these fried shellfish: who can resist a tasty golden fry that releases flavor with every bite? Not me! And so here is that baked squid satisfy me, but in a slightly healthier way. A dish that in half an hour can easily go on the table. Appetizer but not only, it can also be served as a second course, perhaps accompanied by a side dish that needs no introduction like potatoes: baked squid with potatoes are a traditional combination that satisfies the palate of young and old. This recipe, as I mentioned before, is easy to prepare and healthier than the classic frying. Here, there are more than one reasons to prepare baked squid: you just have to choose what is the one that will push you to put yourself in the kitchen. For the rest, all you need to do is collect the ingredients and follow my recipe step by step. Good reading and good preparation. Also try the pasta with squid!
