A chicken cutlet needs a splash of lemon ❤️🤩

Chicken cutlets with lemon, very easy to prepare with a fresh taste that tastes good. We all love chicken cutlets, from adults to children they are perhaps the second dish we consume most often, we have learned to make them tasty, fried, or baked lighter, even with fast breading, without eggs, today we see how to prepare them with lemon, with a nice fresh and intense taste of lemon. Obviously we need slices of chicken breast and good lemons, of which we use both the juice and the grated zest. We need breadcrumbs, for a golden breading, and to adhere the breading in the best possible way, inevitable eggs and flour, and yes the trick is in the flour, which makes the egg adhere, and then the breading, becoming one with the slice of meat. Let's see how to prepare chicken cutlets with lemon, but also perfect pork cutlets, or veal. If you love the taste of lemon also try to make chicken escalopes with lemon, they are delicious. Perfect every day of the week, but also for Sunday lunch, excellent also heated, it is always a great success.

Ingredients

Chicken breast 4 slices
Flour 2 tablespoons
Lemons 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Rosemary to taste
Butter to taste

Preparation

First we pound with a kitchen hammer the slices of chicken breast, without exceeding so as not to break the slices, we can use a sheet of parchment paper, to beat them more gently, put the slices in the middle. In a bowl we put the flour, with salt and pepper and a little chopped rosemary and oregano. We flour the meat in seasoned flour. We put a non-stick pan on the fire, heat it, add butter, a not too thick slice is enough. While the butter melts we cook the chicken slices. We cook them on one side, for about a minute, then on the other side, without overcooking our chicken escalopes. Once browned on one side and on the other, add the lemon juice to the pan, cover and cook for a couple of minutes. We serve the chicken escalopes with lemon hot, after not even 5 minutes of cooking, so they will be very tender, and with that lemon taste that tastes fresh and good.

Note
If we prepare them ahead of time, we leave them in the pan and heat them for a second at the last moment.
