Ingredients
320 gr of spaghetti
200 gr of shrimp tails
200 gr of clean squid
800 gr clams
white wine
1 clove of garlic
parsley
EVO oil
salt
chili powder
Preparation
In a saucepan, boil the pasta in salted water. In a pan put the garlic, the strips of parsley, chili, brown lightly and add the mixed seafood, cover and let open. Deglaze with wine. Remove the garlic and the parsley ribs. Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the end of cooking and sauté with the sauce, add the parsley, stir and serve.
