Ingredients

2 slices White bread for sandwiches
300 g Spreadable fresh cheese
200 g Cooked prosciutto
Arugula
Salt

Preparation

First we put the fresh spreadable cheese and 150 g of cooked prosciutto inside the mixer. Add a little salt and chop everything. We must obtain a compact mousse. If we do not have the mixer we can simply put the cheese in a bowl, add the chopped prosciutto, salt and stir for a few minutes in such a way as to mix all the ingredients. Take two slices of white sandwiches, the one for sandwiches, put them on a sheet of plastic wrap overlapping them slightly from the longest side. Spread a light layer of prosciutto mousse on top, add some leaves of rocket, add another layer of mousse but more often, spread over slices of cooked prosciutto (of those we put aside before) and with the help of plastic wrap roll the bread from the longest side, being careful not to break it. We wrap the prosciutto bread roll with plastic wrap and to have a better compactness leave it for 3 to 5 hours in the fridge. The ideal would be to do it the night before, store it in the fridge and use it the next day. At the time of serving, cut it into slices and serve. It will remain compact and perfect.
