PIZZA WITH NDUJA GRAPES, ROBIOLA AND BASIL 🍕🍕🍕🍷

Ingredients for 4 people
50 g nduja
grape
brown sugar
basil
300 g robiola cheese
Oregano
400 g peeled tomatoes
EVO oil, salt
Procedure
Gently place the dough on an oiled baking sheet. Pour the peeled tomato, the grapes previously breaded in sugar, small portions of nduja here and there and a drizzle of oil. Bake in a preheated static oven for the first 5 minutes at 220 °C and then lower to 180 °C for 30 minutes. When the pizza is golden brown, take it out of the oven, and season with basil leaves, and small portions of robiola. Raw oregano and drizzle of oil.
