Panna cotta red fruits 🍓
Do you like panna cotta? It is a simple spoon dessert, quick to prepare and very versatile, because it can be accompanied with chocolate, caramel or different types of fruit. In this recipe, I chose to garnish it with a mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries... For a fresh, delicious dessert, nice to present, excellent as an end of meal even on festive occasions. Try the panna cotta with berries and strawberries, and let me know if you liked it!
Ingredients
500 ml fresh cream200 ml milk4 sheets gelatin150 g icing sugar1 vanilla bean jam with berries to taste
Preparation
First soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for 10 minutes, then dissolve them in a saucepan placed on low heat together with the milk. In a saucepan boil the cream for three minutes together with the sugar and the vanilla bean cut in half lengthwise. Pour the mix of milk and is in glass into the cream, mix well, remove the vanilla bean and pour the mixture into a plum cake mold or individual cocottine. Let cool to room temperature and then transfer everything to the refrigerator to firm up for at least three hours. Just before serving the dessert, heat the jam in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave, in order to make it more liquid. Serve the panna cotta together with the berry jam and serve on the table. TipIf you have time and want to make this panna cotta even more delicious, put fresh berries in the panna cotta before letting it cool in the refrigerator.
