The Champagne Brut "Réserve Impériale" offers itself to the eye in an intense and golden color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet includes both varietal, fresh and fruity notes, in which ripe yellow fruits dominate, and broader and rounder aromas of roasted peanuts, sweet spices and candied citrus fruits. Peaches, apricots, dates and dried fruits delicately complete the olfactory picture. On the palate it is soft, warm and enveloping, supported by vinous nuances and good freshness. The persistence is long and harmonious, pleasant and greedy. From this perfect harmony, made of the synergy of elegance, dynamism and delicacy, we perfectly recognize the style of the house and the signature of the cellar master Benoit Gouez, one of the most noble and talented winegrowers of Champagne. . Excellent aperitif, it goes well with scallops, oysters and seafood in general.
