Appetizer with flowers of salami

Ingredients
150 gr salami sliced
Procedure
Gently arrange the slices of salami on the edge of a glass, leaving half of them towards the inside of the glass. Continue by placing the slices on top of each other until the glass is filled. The more slices you add, the thicker your rose will be. Turn the glass upside down on a flat surface and slowly remove the glass, thus obtaining salami roses ready to be enjoyed.
Preservation
Salami roses can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days, closed in an airtight container.
