SPAGHETTI GARLIC OIL CHILI AND TUNA 😜😜😜😋😋😋 

Spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino and tuna, are particularly simple to make, very tasty and are ideal for the classic midnight spaghetti. Spaghetti garlic, oil, chili and tuna, are fast and delicious, the classic dinner dish to be prepared even at the last minute. You only need very few ingredients to make them but you have to be careful because they are not really simple even if from their appearance it seems that they are. In reality, you have to be careful how much oil you put in the pan because very often, you risk soaking the spaghetti in a sea of oil. I often prepare them especially when I have my son's friends for dinner. This time I added to the ingredients tuna and I must say that they are really tasty. 

Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper are a classic of our cuisine that lends itself to endless variations. The one I propose today, comes from the endless recipe book of my family and adds to the traditional ingredients tuna, and parsley. It is prepared in a flash, just enough time to cook the pasta and it turns into a delicious first course: an ideal solution in the case of unexpected guests but also for a midnight spaghetti snack.

Ingredients

500 g spaghetti

2 cloves of garlic

1 sprig of parsley

Chili pepper to taste

Oil  to taste

80 g Tuna in oil

Preparation

To make spaghetti garlic oil chili and tuna, is very simple. Start boiling the water, salt it and as soon as it boils, throw down the spaghetti. Meanwhile, in a large pan, put the oil and cover the bottom, the garlic cut into small pieces and the chili and fry a little. Then add the tuna, mix well and remove from heat. As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain it with and add it to the pan and sauté it adding if you need a little cooking water. Mix everything well and finally add the chopped parsley.
