Pan-fried king prawns with tomatoes and olives

6 Prawns
250 g Tomatoes
1 tsp Tomato paste
10 g Golden onions
10 Black olives
50 ml White wine
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation
Take the tomatoes, wash them thoroughly under running water, then dry them. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and finely chop the onion, put the onion to brown in a pan with a little oil. Add the tomatoes and prawns, If you prefer cook them with the black olives. Cook with the lid over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, toss in the pan often. In the wine add the tomato paste and mix, turn the prawns and blend with the wine raising the heat. Adjust salt and pepper and cook for another 10 minutes, if the sauce shrinks too much, add a little water. Sprinkle with washed and finely chopped parsley and serve.
