2 tomatoes
1 buffalo mozzarella 
Basil

Preparation

Let's start the preparation of the Caprese Salad by cutting the tomatoes into slices. The slices should be about half a centimeter high, to prevent them from breaking in the arrangement on the plate.
We also cut the mozzarella into slices. We have on the serving plate the slices of tomato, alternating with slices of Buffalo Mozzarella. To taste add a few leaves of Basil. We decorate and aromatize the dish with a few drops of Silvano Romani Balsamic Vinegar Condiment with Modena PGI, adding a unique taste to the dish. The Caprese Salad is ready to be served.
