Manzo salami 



My homemade beef salami is 100% local beef. A very lean and well-spiced salami with a slight note of pepper, ideal for a conscious and calorie-conscious diet! Ingredients of beef salami: beef ; nitrite sales; dextrose; spices; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; natural flavors; maltodextrins; starter cultures; preservative: sodium nitrite; potassium nitrate. Keep in a cool place and do not expose to the sun.

My various vacuum-packed specialties are kept in dark and cool places, or in the refrigerator for several months without losing their quality. It is essential to ensure that the vacuum pack does not get air during storage. Before eating vacuum-packed products, it is important to remove the packaging. Only in this way can the fine and natural aroma of the respective specialty unfold. Unwrapped products are best stored between two deep plates or wrapped in a damp cloth in the refrigerator or in a cool place away from other foods that creep hard. In this way the specialties do not take on extraneous odors and thus retain all their flavor. If you want to keep leftovers for a while longer, you can freeze them or vacuum pack them again. In that sense: try and enjoy!
