Pizza with king prawns

Use prawns to prepare pizza. Ideal all year round, perfect for an appetizer or dinner with friends. A cuddle for loved ones. We are all passionate about pizza. Symbol of Italianity, with tomato, mozzarella and basil also symbolizes the colors of the Italian flag. Italians are famous abroad for two things: pasta and pizza. Exported all over the world, it is now found everywhere even in remote Southeast Asia. The history of pizza takes us to a particular city: if you really want to taste it as tradition commands, then you have to go to Naples. There in the alleys you are sure to savor the original taste of the real pizza that melts in your mouth, folded in four, with tomato, a little mozzarella and basil, the real pizza.

What are the true origins of pizza is not known. Certainly it was born as baked focaccia already at the time of the ancient Greeks and Romans, simply by mixing the basic ingredients that are water, flour and a pinch of salt. It was then baked in the oven at high temperature and served very hot. It was part of the classic food sold on the street by street vendors, who in exchange for a few coins sold this appetizing simplicity. The history of pizza begins to evolve with the discovery of America and the spread of tomatoes in Italy. Recall that pizza has become since February 4, 2010 Traditional specialty guaranteed by the European Union.

Let's see what we need to prepare pizza with shrimp and sauce. Here is the procedure!

Ingredients

500 g dough
500 g prawns
150 g cherry tomatoes
flour
oil
garlic
vinegar
parsley
salt

Preparation

Wash and drain the prawns. Prepare a sauce consisting of oil, vinegar, parsley and finely chopped garlic. Macerate the prawns in this sauce for 30 minutes. Roast the prawns on the grill, brushing occasionally with the sauce. Then place the prawns on the disc together with the cherry tomatoes, only some of which will be crushed. Bake at 220 C degrees for 20 minutes.
