Greek Salad Skewers
Why enjoy Greek salad in a classic way when you can make practical skewers? Preparing them is simple: just alternate black olives, Feta in cubes, cherry tomatoes, onion and cucumbers. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and fresh oregano and you're done!

Ingredients
Feta 50 g
Cucumber 1/2
Cherry tomatoes 5
Red onion 30 g
pepper 1
Black olives 5
Chives to taste
Fennel to taste
Oil e.v.o. to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Cut the vegetables and feta into cubes (except the tomatoes and olives that will be cut in half). Put a cube of each vegetable and the feta on a skewer. Season with oil, salt, pepper, chives and fennel and serve.
