Fried Pork Chops
Breaded pork chops, is a cooking method that makes the chops more inviting and tasty. A golden crust on the outside retains the juices of this cut of very lean meat and that in traditional cooking always remains rather dry and stringy. Breaded cutlets instead will be tender and tasty and I assure you will like it to everyone in the family. Breaded pork chops will be special if served with a side dish of mixed raw vegetables and accompanying lemon. There are several ways to cook this type of meat, but being a cut that tends to be too dry after cooking, it is preferable to use this recipe, to make fried pork chops a really delicious dish.
Pork chops are perfect for an everyday meal, both for lunch and dinner! Nutritious and tasty, they are quick and easy to prepare and can be accompanied by different side dishes: chips or vegetables, cheeses or toast. Let's see the recipe together!
Ingredients
4 regular pork chops, rather thick and without the fillet (which comes off during cooking) about 900-1000 g
a large egg
a glass of white wine vinegar or apple vinegar
a glass of white wine
white flour
breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
garlic
chopped parsley
salt, pepper
seed oil for frying
Method
At least three hours before cooking, put the chops to marinate in the mixture of vinegar and wine flavoring with crushed garlic, parsley and pepper (no salt). When the time comes, drain the chops and dry them with kitchen paper. Pass them in flour, then in beaten and salted egg and finally in the mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese. Fry in plenty of oil, turn gently because the breading with cheese is delicate. Drain on kitchen paper and salt a little.
Serve hot.
