Rigatoni with mozzarella



Creamy, stringy, tasty. Mozzarella pasta is the dish of the last moment, the one that with very little conquers everyone... Simple and tasty, it is a guaranteed success on every occasion, perfect even if you have guests. Mozzarella pasta reminds me of my childhood, Pasta with mozzarella was one of the few dishes I ate, it's yummy 😉

INGREDIENTS

400 g Rigatoni
700 ml Tomato puree
250 g Mozzarella
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
1 clove Garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Cut the mozzarella into cubes and let it drain in a colander until necessary. In a large pan brown the garlic peeled with a little' oil, add the tomato puree, salt, add ground pepper, cover with a lid and cook over medium / low heat until it thickens, almost at the end remove the garlic. While the sauce is cooking, put a pot with plenty of water for the pasta on the fire, as soon as it reaches the boil pour the pasta, salt and cook a minute less than the time indicated on the package; As soon as the pasta is ready with a slotted spoon, drain it and add it directly into the sauce, stir to flavor everything. At this point, with the heat off, add the mozzarella, stir very quickly, cover with a lid and let it melt for a minute. Serve immediately. The mozzarella pasta is ready to be enjoyed...
