PREPARATIONHow to make broccoli winter salad with bacon, red onion, raisins and walnuts. In a hot pan, toast the shelled walnuts for 2 minutes. Keep aside. In the same pan, cook the bacon for 10 minutes, until crispy. Once ready, place it on a plate lined with kitchen paper, dabbing to dry.Without changing the pan, cook the onion and broccoli for a few minutes. Vegetables need to soften slightly, remaining crispy.In a bowl, put together broccoli, onion, bacon and toasted walnuts cut into coarse pieces. Drain and squeeze the raisins. Add to the salad.
