Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

500 g cauliflower
500 g cleaned broccoli
150 g white Scamorza cheese
100 g diced homemade bread
100 g prosciutto
chili pepper
garlic
butter
Grana Padano
vinegar
salt
white pepper

Procedure

For the cauliflower and broccoli pan recipe, boil the broccoli in boiling salted water; Drain them with the slotted spoon, pour a finger of vinegar into the cooking water and cook the cauliflower reduced to florets.
