Sausages with potatoes and peppers
The sausages with potatoes and peppers are a second course and side dish together very rich and tasty. Very easy to prepare and suitable for any occasion even a dinner with friends.

Ingredients
sausage bites 500 g
Peppers 500 g
potatoes 300 g
salt to taste
Extra Vergin Olive oil to taste
white wine 1/2 glass
onion to taste
rosemary or mixed spices to taste
Preparation
To prepare sausages with baked potatoes and peppers start washing well and drying the potatoes and peppers. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Clean the peppers and cut them into pieces. Take a wheel and add a little oil. Now pour the potatoes into the peppers and chunks of sausage. Add white wine, spices, salt to taste and another drizzle of olive oil and mix a little. Bake at 200 degrees for about an hour, taking care to stir the contents occasionally. As soon as all the ingredients are cooked, activate the grill for 10 minutes to brown the potatoes a little. Serve this second course with a hot side dish.
Recommendations
Beware of salt because spices already contain salt.
Conservation
Keep the sausages with potatoes and baked peppers in the fridge for a couple of days and reheat if necessary.
