PORK RIBS WITH BEER, SCENTED WITH SPICES

Very soft pork ribs, fragrant, so tender that they came off the bone like butter. A dish that I will do again many and many times!
I took the pork ribs (mine were about 7 ounces), I put them in a bowl together with a drop of soy sauce (about 2 tablespoons), a tablespoon and a half of honey, a drop of olive oil (about a tablespoon), salt flakes, a pinch of black pepper and a sprinkling of spice mixture for meat. With my hands I massaged pork ribs well, I covered the container with plastic wrap, and I let marinate in the fridge for about an hour and a half. I then took my legendary cast iron pot ... And here I want to say that lately I discovered how to cook meat inside these pots ... well, you don't cook anywhere else.
The pork ribs remain very tender, and they melt in your mouth ... in short, now I do not use anything else!

I said then that I took the legendary casserole; I spilled the ribs into it with the marinade, I lit the flame and I browned them in a beautiful lively way for several minutes, then I opened a can of lager and poured it over him. I brought to a boil, then I lowered the heat, put the lid on and cooked for about an hour and a half, occasionally stirring them.
The beer must be slowly dried, obtaining together with the marinade a syrupy and shiny cooking bottom, almost a glaze.

Serve hot, sprinkling them with a few tablespoons of the cooking bottom.
What do you think?
Don't you want to steal one from the picture?!
Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted or steamed potatoes...
Believe me you'll love them!
Simple recipe, which may seem trivial, but believe me absolutely sublime. And I recommend... If you want to dare, obviously within the walls of your home, eat them with your hands, hee-hee!
The etiquette will also be blessed, but do you want to put the satisfaction?!
Mumm...
Have a nice day, see you soon!
