CREPES MOUSSE OF RICOTTA AND STRAWBERRIES
EXCELLENT SIMPLE DESSERT AND EASY TO PERFORM.
Crepes with a filling of ricotta and strawberries .... and dark chocolate, everyone agrees young and old. Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants .... they are good for you when they are in season.
Ingredients for crepes250 g flour3 eggs500 g milk50 g sugarsalt
Ingredients for the mousse200 g ricotta cheese100 g cream50 g icing sugarstrawberries to tastedark chocolate
PreparationLet's start by preparing the mousse, in a bowl work the ricotta with the liquid cream and sugar. Add the strawberries cut into small cubes with the ricotta. Now put to rest for an hour.
