Green Tea Pudding
The Green Tea Pudding is a fresh proposal of creamy and soft spoon dessert, a cuddle of sweetness that evokes the sweet memories of childhood, the pudding that irresistible temptation that was the classic four o'clock snack in the afternoon. Today I present it to you in a "modern" version with the main ingredient the green tea powder also known as Matcha Tea, of Japanese origin, not a simple tea but a concentrate of antioxidants, rich in countless virtues it is in fact purifying, stimulates the metabolism of lipids, a great friend of us women as it has an anti-aging action. Easy to make, it is that sweet that everyone in the family will always like. Now let's see what we need to make our Green Tea Pudding.
Ingredients
600 ml of milk
5 eggs
150 grams of granulated sugar
50 ml of water
1 tbsp t+ Matcha powder
Ingredients for the caramel
4 tablespoons of water
80 grams of sugar
Preparation
In a saucepan put 50 ml of water and bring to a boil; Now add the green tea powder and mix, set aside to cool. Once cold, add it to the milk in the 600 ml. Whip the eggs with the granulated sugar in the planetary mixer until they become light and fluffy, it will take about 5 minutes; Now add the milk with the matcha tea. Prepare the caramel and put the sugar in a saucepan and let it melt slowly without stirring, let them take on a slightly golden color, now add the water and carefully pour it into the chosen mold. Now pour the pudding over the caramel, and put the mold inside a pan with water; Put in the oven at 150 C degrees for about an hour and a half. After the time has elapsed, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator. Our Green Tea Pudding is ready to be served.
