Dear readers, today I want to offer you a chic and very simple appetizer to prepare: marinated salmon with walnuts and green apple, a real goodness! The strengths of this dish are the combination of ingredients but above all their quality: fresh fruit, preferably not already shelled nuts and smoked salmon of the highest quality. To marinate the salmon I used a few drops of lemon, a drizzle of oil, black pepper and chives, a simple condiment that enhances the taste of smoked fish. Let's see together the few simple steps you need to prepare this delight!
