"Bibèo" Nero di Troia Puglia IGP Wine




Tasting Notes
100% Merlot with a ruby red color Aromas of blueberries, violets, blackcurrants, plums, cherries, recognizable is a herbaceous note in the background.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
Maceration for 8-10 days. At a controlled temperature, with periodic pumping over of the must on the pomace in order to extract color and aromas from the skins. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 9 months and another 10 months in the bottle.

ALCOHOL CONTENT
13.5 % vol

RECOMMENDED GLASS
Ballon whose shape facilitates good oxygenation of the wine with the enhancement of the bouquet and aromas.
