Spaghetti with shrimp and cherry tomatoes 🦀🐠

A few ingredients, very good and in the time we put the water to boil and sew the pasta the dish will be ready. Preparing these spaghetti with prawns and cherry tomatoes is very easy, the only thing a little more boring will be to clean the fish, I prefer to put the prawns already shelled in the pasta to avoid working later with tomato sauce and set table and then you want to put the pleasure of "forking" spaghetti and prawns and eating them without breaks in between? An alternative to tomatoes could be zucchini in this period, cook them in slices with a little garlic and as soon as they are ready add the shrimps that will only have to take heat, add if you have a little herbs, parsley or basil and this version will also be ready in a moment, or rather during the cooking of the pasta. Who said that to get good food you have to have a lot of time on your hands?

Ingredients

320 g spaghetti
500 g cherry tomatoes
500/600 g of prawns to be cleaned
Parsley
Chili pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Clean the prawns by removing their shell and the black casing then set aside. Boil the water. Meanwhile, brown a clove or two of garlic in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, remove it and pour in the tomatoes washed and cut in half. Add salt and cook until cooked. Salt the water and toss in the spaghetti. Add the prawns to the cherry tomatoes, let them flavor and turn off immediately, they will only have to feel the heat. Chop the parsley. Add a little chilli pepper to the sauce if you like. Drain the spaghetti and season with the sauce, a drizzle of oil and parsley.
