Butter 200 g
Sugar 130 g
Flour 50 g
Eggs 4
Unsweetened cocoa powder to taste
Icing sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat, then add the sugar and mix. After adding the egg, add the flour in a sprinkle. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the salt and continue mixing. Then put everything in a cake pan previously buttered and dusted with bitter cocoa. Bake at 180°C for about twenty minutes, constantly checking the cooking.
